Some drafts back from thelogocompany.net. I emailed them only yesterday (late in the day) and they got back to me this morning with some suggestions below. I wanted to expand on draft 5 from the previous drafts to see how it would look specifically for eWrite Lite instead of a company logo. I think I prefer draft 6 or 7. Not too pushed about the extra bells and whistles.

I actually think draft 8 is the better option. The extra swirls really help to make the whole thing look more logo-like and less like a jazzed up font.
Option 7. As you say less fussy and i think the bright orange helps it look friendlier and easier.
